OUR HSE POLICY
IDOFED places high premium on the health and safety of its staff, stakeholders and environment. For sustainable Health, Safety and Environmental measures, we strive to continuously:
- Ensure the provision of safe and secured work environment
- Ensure that there is appropriate training and information dissemination to
employees on potential risks - Ensure that Health and Safety is put at a high-level priority in all of our work environment
- Investigate and promptly report all accidents to establish all factors responsible in order to eliminate them as a matter of urgency and to ensure acute precautions during project implementation.
- Identify control and/or mitigate all potential hazards in the work environment
- Ensure the Conduction of Risk assessment services in all work areas
- To effectively communicate Health and Safety issues to personnel and secure their cooperation and dedication before embarking on a field project
- Abide by all applicable government laws on health and safety issues as they relate to work environment
- Provide suitable safety kits and Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE) to staff and ensure that they understand the usage
